Symptoms
we are facing a issue where the task notification e-mail is trying fetch an anonymous user while sending the e-mail.
this is creating a performance issue in exchange and getting queued.

run the Service tester from the k2 blackppearlin directory. when it opens select the Activity_Instance_Destination smartobject and run it. search for that user to know from which process it comes from.
