Symptoms

Dear Team,

we have an issue in production instance, where the task notifications are not being sent to the users for certain processes.
I checked the string table of the process with the environment variables and connection string. all are matching, still notifications are not being sent.

 

Diagnoses

issue appeared suddenly it seems an issue in the exchange server
