Diagnoses
When looking in the K2Hostserver.exe.config file located at [INSTALLDIR]K2 blackpearlHostServerin, the following section does not exist:
Resolution
Add the missing section to the K2HostServer.exe.config file above the node, save, and restart the K2 service.
