Task Notification email Not Working

Hi All, I created a workflow using K2 Web designer. All other worklfows task notifications email are working but not for this new one. The sendemail notification work in the new workflow but not task notification email. We have made change in the email address all old workflows were bound to that old email but we changed it in the workspace and it works for old workflows. After the change I created this new workflow notification emails stopped working for this workflow. Any help is appreciated! Thanks, Aditi

Hi Aditi,

It would be good if you attach HostServer.log, it will have accurate error for this email notification failure.

I mapped the email control to the destination user from the reference, But error message still pops up as “No destination user” but this configuration works for other task on the workflow.
