Task notifications are not being sent.
Diagnoses
In reviewing the K2HostServer.exe.config file, it looks like the K2: was removed from the "system self" node.
Resolution
Re-added the "K2:" label before the DomainUser name, and restarted the K2 service. After that, notifications sent successfully.
