Diagnoses
Sometimes the Active Directory Domain Controller server can be short on resources (Memory, space, processor) creating the slowness. Other factors that can affect this behavior are the K2 Components.
Resolution
Upgrading the K2 BlackPearl server to the latest 4.6.11.2 version resolved the issue.
