Tabs not visible in K2 workspace
Diagnoses
No one can see any tab (e.g. management console, security etc) in K2 workspace. Most likely an individual user logon ID was added as admin but the person has left the organization and his AD record is gone. Please advise on how we can add the service account so we can start granting people access to processes again.
Resolution
Please provide me with the contents of the following tables in the K2 DB
Workspace.Actionpermissions (Clear this table)
Workspace.UserPreference
Workspace.UserProfile
