Tables within Nintex Form

what exactly are you having issues with? Using labels and yes no fields with borders, it should be pretty straight forward to build such a form.

I don't have an issue with labels or yes no columns,

The issue that I am having is how to put this onto the canvas in the form

I can only get 4 fields in a row as I am using the Nintex Responsive Form, so to put the labels on and the yes no fields in one row is not possible, unless I am doing something wrong?

I don't think I have the option for borders?

Hi @claire_allen,

I don´t think what you need is possible in modern forms. I was thinking you are running classic forms.
