Hello,

I have a form which contains a choice control (how it works see here:  ). This works fine, but when I do not fill all mandatory fields I just get the information, that there are missing fields, but not the name of the field and where (in which tab). All the mandatory fields have a red frame but they are in different tabs. Is there a way to give the users a hint and to support the user to find the fields?

See attached screenshot. Nintex Forms finds two missing mandatory fields, one is visible, but the second one is hidden in tab 'Tab2'.

Thanks,

  Peter

Hello Peter,

If you would like to notify user which mandatory field is empty, you can add a custom message to a validation rule. Users will see what is wrong. Take a look on my screenshots.

In your case, probably your fields are mandatory from list level or you did not add a message to a validation rule on the form.

Best regards,

Slawek
