Symptoms
Hi, we are trying to setup a SharePoint Event (ListAndLibray) but we get the error attached. We review the Process References and appear the dll referenced.
Diagnoses
The issue is caused by setting Target Framework to Version 3.5 for the project.
Resolution
Changing the Target Framework to version 4 or higher resolved the issue.
