Hi everyone

One of my workflow is currently stuck without error message, in my workflow I have a state machine, my workflow has arrived at the end of a branch and it doesn't move to the next step, it has stucked (no error message, nothing) it is just waiting but it  has been waiting for 7 days

Any idea of what sould I do to unstuck it?

Ps: this workflow runs on many other project sites without troubles

Thank you for your help

Hi,
If you go to the graphical view and hover over the last action does it give you any information?
Have you tried restarting the Workflow Timer service?

Hi @SimonMuntz

Thank you for your reply but no, the last action indicates nothing, execpt it is green so the workflow should continue

If I restart the workflow timer service, should I have to restart my workflow or normally it should continue? and to restart this service, could have an impact on my other current workflows (+/- 100)

Thanks

The workflow may continue if you restart the Workflow Timer service.
Current running workflows will not be affected.

When a state changes the workflow is put into the Workflow Timer service to continue. Doing a restart may kick it off.

Its possible that restarting the Timer service will not work and the only option then will be to terminate and re-start the workflow.
