I'm using Nintex Workflow for Office 365. I want to start a workflow based on when a 'Person or Group' field is modified. The form will be submitted blank, but later the field will be changed and I want to trigger the workflow to start then. From what I can tell, the conditional start requires I enter in a specific person or group. Is there a way around this?
