User Cannot Launch the Smartform
Diagnoses
A specific user is getting an authentication error when trying to open the SmartForm.
We looked at the user’s record in the Identity table and she is currently set to Enabled=0. The AD account is active. After flagging the record to refresh the user attempted to start a K2 workflow. The user was able to start that workflow, but the identity record in the still shows Enabled = 0.
Resolution
The issue was isolated by executing the UMuser for the user in question and determining the group was intermittently causing K2 users to go disabled. It was identified that the group object had different permissions. They selected for this group to inherent permissions and it is now working.
