Symptoms

Issue:
I have been installing the SQL UM Management Screens using the manual on the K2 Community: http://community.k2.com/t5/K2-blackpearl/K2-SQLUM-Management-Form/ba-p/66192

All successfully performed all but one of the steps. In the last step I think that I misconfigured the SQL Username/Password/Impersonation.

My question is, where are these settings stored, and how do I fix this problem? On page 16 there is a list of green bullets showing the executed steps. In my case the first as well as the last step have failed.

Diagnosis:
Asked the client to use a different Authentication mode apart from Impersonate

Resolution:
Using a different Authentication mode helped resolve the issue
