We use K2BP with a MSSQL 2005 cluster. Had to put SSRS on the web server and not database server. Had no issues other than that.

 I work in a company that as a policy prefers not to use clustering (because of the shared storage) instead they prefer mirrored data bases. I would prefer clustering but stuck with mirroring. Thanks for your help anyway, I will squirrel away the SSRS trick for later use.
