During installation of the Workspace, the SQL Reporting Services Configuration.
The installation documentation suggests using http://servername
Is this correct ? or should http://servername/reportmanager be used ? (or http://servername/reports)

I found the solution by looking in the installation log files. http://servername has to be used. The datasource and category on SQL reporting is now created correctly.
