Is it possible to configure K2 BlackPearl web server running Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition(Web Server), and a SQL 2005 Server running on a Windows 2008 Standard Edition(Database Server) ?

    Depends on where reporting components are installed.  As far as I know you cannot install any k2 components on Server 2008 as of yet.
