Was just wondering if you are still having the problem in not being able to see your K2.Net project in K2 Studio? Have you tried opening the project directly from the K2 Solution file (.ksn extension) ?

+4It might be bcz that the Prj/Solution was developed using higher ver of K2 studio and u r using lower ver of k2 studio to open the prj.
I had the same experience before.
