I'm trying to Publish a 2016 workflow on SharePoint On-Premises.
I get the following error when I try to publish the workflow:
soap:ServerServer was unable to process request. an error has occurred
Any ideas/suggestions?

Hi,
This could be anything.
If you look through the Knowledge Base articles you will see a lot that start with "soap:ServerServer was unable to process request"
Perhaps the ULS logs may give you a clue as to what is happening.
Is it just this one workflow or all workflows?
