When I try to publish or save a workflow I receive this error message (soap:ServerServer was unable to process request. ---> Access Denied) but I have all, and more, pemissions that the previous person responsible for the List had.

I have this Permission Levels: Full Control, Design, Manage Hierarchy, Approve and I am in the group of owners.

What may be missing?

nintex creates some hidden list/libraries for its own infrastructure. if you've broken permission inheritence somewhere down the way, you may miss permissions on these.

I look into NintexWorkflowHistory and Workflow History and they are inheriting the permissions. Are other hidden lists created??
