I am experiencing the exact issue described in the K2Underground post.

Based on the above post I gather that a support ticket was raised. Has this been fixed(TFS_419058,415453), and if so can I please have it.

This error occurs any time a new field is added to a table that has a foreign key constraint on it.

Resolution

K2 has identified this as a known issue in version 4.6.6 . A coldfix is available on request from support for this version of the software. Please contact K2 support if you require assistance on this matter.
