I am trying to create a SmartObject to save a file from an InfoPath form to a Document Library, but I keep getting an "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" either in the SmartObject Service Tester, or when trying to pull it into an InfoPath form.

I think I don't have all of the inputs and returns set correctly on the service method. Does anyone have an example that worked for them that they can send screenshots of? That would be a big help!
