Symptoms
in the SharePoint registration wizard, i am providing the URL of the K2 Server, after i was publish in the external DNS and allowed in the FW
https://hq-k2-prd.avgol.com
and got the following error
" A SmartForms runtime site could not be found in the autodiscover results"
Diagnoses
The issue was in workspace.
Resolution
Changed the workspace environment details to point to production and not Development.
Client was then able to register the app successfully.
