Symptoms

Any time a SmartForm is being accessed, the forms will not render.
 

Diagnoses

After Appifying a list and adding SmartForm functionality, any time a SmartForm should show on the page, the iFrame where the form will display either does not load, or the loading spinner will stay on the screen indefinitely. This applies to the New, Display, and Edit forms.
 

Resolution

This error is caused by a timing issue of how the iframe is loading on SharePoint that conflicts with the custom css and javascript used in certain site branding solutions.

A coldfix has been created that the Appit support team can apply that resolves this timing issue.

Note that if for any reason the user is required to re-run the registration wizard on any site collection that has had site branding applied to it, the user must re-upload the files from the coldfix to override the default .aspx SmartForm templates.
