Diagnoses
Attempting to add smartforms integration wizard to workflow designer, but I get the attached error.
"Object Reference not set to An Instance of An Object"
Resolution
To resolve this issue, it may best to do a reconfigure of K2 Blackpearl, or if you have client tools just do a reconfigure of this from K2 BLackpearl set up also.
