Symptoms
When trying to create Package, PandampD tool was unable to see smartforms Views and Forms.
Diagnoses
The issue was caused by an invalid DLL in this environment that was applied when applying PandampD Coldfix for 4.6.9.
Resolution
Reapplying PandampD Coldfix and make sure the all the DLLs are correctly applied resolved the issue.
