SmartAction multiple reply mails

Our customer is using smartaction with Office365, but they received multiple reply mails after they approved it by smartaction, and the reply mails are not sent in the same time, always a few days later.

I checked the server, standard configs (ews and smtp), and only one k2server deployed.

Just get the blow errors:

03:44:21","Error","MessageBus","61012","ConnectionError","ExchangeWebServicesOrigin","61012 Exception from message source pmsh-crm04@hoya.com: System.Net.WebException: The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server.
 

Resolution

A coldfix is available on request from support for this version of the software. Please contact K2 support if you require assistance on this matter.
