Error Message “ID4230: The SecurityToken was not well formed. Expecting element name 'SecurityContextToken', found 'SP'.”when Users access Smart Formenvironment).
Resolution
It turns out the User's had been given the Designer Link to the Smart Form instead of the Runtime Link
