Symptoms
Client receiving "ignored due to spam restrictions" error on console. Requested coldfix for TFS 500862.
Diagnoses
Labs team provided the coldfix for implementation.
Resolution
Walked client through the coldfix provided by support. Once coldfix was implemented, email was tested and was successful without error in the console.
