Site workflow issue in retrieving user profile for only one user

Hi,

I have a site workflow that queries a list and retrieve the user profile of the users mentioned in that list.

Its working for all except only one user.

Error message: The workflow was unable to retrieve the user profile of the user i: 0 # .w | domain username.

Environment: SharePoint 2013 on-premise

Nintex workflow: 2013
