Sire workflow to Filter List Data , Prepare a CSV file and upload it in a Document Library

Hi Team,

I am new to Nintex and started exploring the options. We have a requirement in which

1. At the end of the day we need to filter List data (by Approved status) ,retrieve only specific columns  ,preapre a CSV file and upload it into a Document Library.

2. Document library Workflow that will deliver this file as an attachement to a email address. - This is done

 

I am looking for help on Site workflow on below tasks.

How can i Schedule a Site Workflow to run at a particular time of the day.

How can i filter one list data with the specific columns , prepare a CSV and upload it into a Doc library
