Has anyone done any integration with a signature pad and InfoPath forms in K2.  Im looking to use it in an HR workflow where I need a physical signature on a document.  I got the name of a company called integrisign that integrates with InfoPath but I need to know if it works with BlackPearl.  Any other solutions to the problem would be appretiated.

i'll assume you're asking about digital signatures in InfoPath with a tablet interface where integration between the tablet and InfoPath is managed by integrisign somehow.

K2.net 2003 supported digital signatures in InfoPath just fine.  our supprt for InfoPath is complete in that regard.

I know one of our senior technical specialists out of Toronto, Tim Knechtel, had done some work with InfoPath digital sigs and K2 integration.  i've sent him this post to review.

The story in blackpearl should be essentially the same.

the human-computer interface used to to the actual "signing" shouldn't really matter, whether a mouse click, keystroke, or tablet gesture.

hope that helps.

Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with the product that you mentioned.  However, Sherif is right that nothing has changed in BlackPearl since K2 2003 with regards to K2 digital signature support for InfoPath.  What is important to note when using digital signatures with K2 is that you're signing sections of data and not the entire form.

The following is an K2.net 2003 webcast that contains a demonstration of how to use digital signatures with InfoPath and K2:  http://k2underground.com/files/folders/videos/entry7240.aspx
