Symptoms

A form with 2 views, side by side, does not render correctly when viewed using the non fully qualified name of the host server.

When using the fully qualified name, the form renders correctly.

 

Diagnoses

This has been identified as an known issue and will be fixed in 4.6.10.
 

Resolution

As a workaround, this gets fixed by recycling the app pool which clears the cache.
