One of out customers have a WF with a form – when the
person have filled out the form and submit in the process to the next person. He
received in outlook.
Then wanted that the form are showen directly in the
mail and not as a link.
How can they do that?

Your form is simply a layout of fields with labels. You can insert a table and reference all the fields and create labels in the email notification.
If you have a complex form and want to show the whole form in the email without doing the above work, then i'm not sure. Hope that helps.
