I am looking for a way to document and create an inventory of all of our workflows by site in our organization.  Does anyone have any templates that you can share either in Excel or even in a list in SharePoint to document our workflows?  Any suggestions for completing this task would be very helpful.

    All workflows are based on a process.
    As this is the case you may want to look at Nintex Promapp to document your process and you can even mention which part of the process uses Nintex Workflow (and other applications) and what the workflow does.
