Diagnoses

To get around performance issues associated with the Smartforms Viewer web part, the customer is trying to use the SharePoint page viewer to view Smartforms.
When running the page on a mobile device the user see and error "An error has occurred" on the page viewer.
 

Resolution

A fix was created and applied on the customers' environment which resolved the issue,
