Symptoms
Create Folder method of SharePoint Content broker 4.6.9 takes too long to execute against SharePoint 2010 library with large number of files and folders.
For example it could be something like 80 seconds to execute create folder method of SharePoint Content service broker against SharePoint 2010 library with large number of files of folder (e.g. 40000)
Diagnoses
This is known issue with 4.6.9 SharePoint Content service broker when executing Create Folder method against SharePoint 2010 library with large number of elements. At the same time the same method works fast against SharePoint 2013 library with the same number of elements. This method also works quick in previous versions, e.g. 4.6.7.
Resolution
Coldfix for this issue may be obtained via request to K2 support.
