SharePoint choice field as radio buttons in Nintex forms

I need to add a field with radio buttons in my form.

I created a SharePoint choice field with Display choice as Radio buttons.

When i add this field on Nintex forms, it is rendered without any radio buttons:

Not sure what i am doing wrong. If i add a Nintex choice control and select the display choice as radio buttons, it works fine.

But i need to add SharePoint Choice field and all the choices should be displayed on the form as radio buttons

The issue is resolved.. The CSS provided by UI team had a class included to "display:none for type radio .

I was struggling to find solution thinking the issue was with the Nintex form control
