Diagnoses
Message: The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. ServiceName: portal_spd_com_tr ServiceGuid: dbf9963e-6a94-46cc-93e8-e0c35b8329c9 InnerExceptionMessage:
Resolution
The issue was due to the app not being added to the app catalog and registered from there where after the site activations need to take place. After the client followed the steps in the link below the issue was resolved:
