I have a workflow designed to send an automatic email. It is possible this email could be addressed to more than one individual. Within Assignee actions, I have this set as Serial. (Attached) A reminder email is sent if the task is not completed. (Attached)
The issue I have is with multiple recepitants. If the first receiptant completes the task, how can that person not receive the task overdue email if the second and/or subsequent assignee hasn't completed the task.
