Diagnoses
When trying to send an email from a Form Rule and it fails.
When you set the Mail Server - Environment Library Field to : smtp.office365.com it fails authenticating because the server does not allow for anonymous relay.
How do you set this up here to work ?
Resolution
You can opt to use internal relay here and this should work as expected.
