Is it possible to send a notification when an item is viewed? the workflow notification should include:
who it is viewed by and when it is viewed.

I'm not sure if this is possible with Nintex. I can think of a jquery solution that triggers an e-mail notification when items are viewed but this is not much about Nintex.
What is the scenario you are working in? Maybe site usage reports can help you here, if it's just about who viewed what.

I agree that it is not possible with Nintex. I just wanted to double check. Site usage reports are not so intuitive nor they alert the site owner when a particular item is viewed
