im trying to create a workflow that sends an email to our 6000 members on our site, if I just use the group it says complete but doesn’t send anything.
The only other way I can see to do this is to create a querey and a loop for it to use each finding to send a separate email. Can anybody point me in the right direction ?
with 6000 recepients you may already exceed exchange default limit

on the other hand, sending mails one by one would be another extrem.
I'd suggest to split all the users into reasonable large subsets (100, 500, 1000?) that your env will be able to process in one go
