I have a Nintex form containing 4 panels which I can either show or hide, depending on the drop down option selected. However, the part of the form containing the hidden panel still shows even though the panel itself is hidden, leaving blank spaces. Is there a way to customize this such that if it is the panel at the bottom of the form that is selected, it shows up at the top rather than have me scroll down to the bottom of the form?

This is a common issue when using Classic Forms. Using a Responsive form will eliminate this issue.
To avoid having white space issues these are the rules that I follow.
1. Group controls that you want to hide into a panel.
2. Apply the hide rule to the panel only.
3. Do not overlap panels.
4. Apply 1 rule per panel and not 1 rule for multiple panels.
5. Order the rules in the same order as the panels from the top down.
