Schedule a workflow in Nintex

Hello,

I am scheduling simple site workflow, but scheduler does not execute the workflow. Lats Run status remain "Not Run" even after Schedule Time. 

Please help me to resolve. 

I tried with Restarting the SP Timer service using "restart-spservice sptimerv4" but no luck.
