Hello, hopefully, this makes sense. If a Site Workflow is created, will it appear when I try to set a workflow schedule on a List item?
I'm basically trying to avoid recreating a workflow for each applicable list (I know I can use templates).

Your location dictates what you're able to schedule. For example, within a library, the only workflows I can schedule are the workflows related to that library. The same goes for lists, as well as Sites. You do not see a crossover of Site, or list workflows when you're scheduling your library workflows in this example.
