Occasionally, in the Forms Designer app, when saving or publishing a form we are presented with this generic error:

Something went wrong when saving your form. Please retry again.

Once this happens you have to exit Forms Designer.

We've only just started using Nintex Forms in O365. How can we prevent this?

Noticed this in the Service Status, not sure if it's related:

Have the same problem at the moment, realy frustrating I have saved two versions (and restored to the last version), but can't save the form anymore. Keep getting the same correlation ID.

Is this happening intermittently? Or does this saving/publishing issue occur consistently?

Same here. I think it was due to my co-worker editing the form at the same time.  I opened the Form gallery in another window, opened the latest version and saved.  I went back to the form session that was returning the error and this time it saved successfully.
