Hi fellow Nintex Admins,

i have a collection with users / groups in a workflow and want to save the collection in a document library column, to work with that information in another workflow, but i only get one entry out of it. The for/each loop on the other hand iterates trough all entries.

I tried it with set field value and update field value and i tried to save outside and inside the loop. A mulitline field or a Person/Group field makes also no different.  Any ideas?

i save the collection in a single text line variable:

Hi

I just ran a test where i used "Build string" action to put the collection into a multi line text variable.  I then used that to update my multi line column in the list.  It worked perfectly.

thx for your reply.

you did this without a for/each? The multiline text field is primarily for testing. The people/group field would be my first choice, cause i want to send e-mails to the people/groups.

So i have just added an additional column to my list called "All Users" as type person or group and allowed multiple selection.

1.  so have your collection of users

2.  build string setting multi line variable = collection

3.  update item "All Users" = variable

Just ran a test and it worked perfect.
