We are using Sharepoint 2013 on Prem with Nintex Forms 2013. I would like to add a Save and Continue button to a very long form but it is not in my drop down for Button action. Does anyone know how I get it?

According to the release notes this feature was added as of version 2.10.0.0 of Nintex forms 2013.
