Symptoms
After the Appit upgrade, running the registration wizard results in an Object Reference error.
Diagnoses
This was discovered to be a bug with an ID mismatch between a config file and the database.
Resolution
The issue was fixed by Ops and the fix will be included in a cumulative update that is being deployed.
